We like to think of our customers as our Candle family. We produce a monthly news letter informing you of everything new at FHSelect. We like to make it humorous and encourage feedback wherever possible. Recently we've been running a fragrance review programme where we send a customer a wax tart, absolutely free and they review it for us. We then publish the review on our website for the enjoyment of everyone. As you can imagine it's proving very popular!

"Small enough to care big enough to cope" I don't know about you but slogans like that get on my nerves, almost as much as programmes where you have to text in and vote! However, we are a family run business and in that way we offer a personal service. Every email enquiry is responded to by me (Graham) I own the company so it's very easy for us to rectify mistakes, issue refunds, offer bribes, I mean offer compensation etc. I don't need to get sign off from 50 layers of managers, I just issue the refund! So, I'm the big cheese, so to speak (don't tell Mandy that though, she'd hit me :-) )

That leads me on to our mistakes. Yes, we do make them - especially if I'm trusted to pack your order! Seriously though should we make a mistake, drop us an email and we'll correct it by offering a refund or sending the missing items free of charge. The same goes for damages. We don't mess around asking you to send us the smashed wax tart holder back, or ask for your inside leg measurements, most of our customers are regulars. We work on trust.
