Delivery
FHSelect only deliver within the UK. Charges:
Order values under £10 £2.50
Order values between £10 - £19.99 £3.75
Order values between £20 - £29.99 £4.50
Order values between £30 - £59.99 £4.95
Order Value over £60 delivery is FREE
Our normal mode of delivery is to use Royal Mail. We do sometimes use couriers (usually DHL) on heavy orders - this is due to the cost involved. These do require a signature when delivered. Should you prefer fo us to only use Royal Mail on your order please let us know.(This will only apply to larger - heavier orders)
We aim to get orders processed within 24 hours. Usual delivery time is about 3 days, but please allow 7-10 working days for delivery for items that are required by a specific date (Royal Mail timescales, not ours)
Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase please contact us within 3 days. If we have sent you an incorrect item we will
refund your postage if we request you send it back to us.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer all our Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in complete working order, in perfect boxed condition. In other words the product must be in a resaleable condition i.e. As New.
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail via the support button with the following details and wait for a reply before shipping your goods back to us. Some restrictions may apply in certain circumstances, but we will notify you.
